Projects that serve veterans and their families, either through repairing homes or improving a facility, or projects the involve veterans volunteering to help other veterans are considered. Very often, persons experiencing homelessness may be eligible for services funded through these programs. It is designed to be intensive and hands-on to move toward building collaborations with key housing partners.
