This role is responsible for: Program design, implementation, management and coordination of business renewable energy customer programs to support customer experience, clean energy plan and other company goals.

Oversee development of program strategies and plans for commercial customers. Work with internal resources IT, regulatory to develop automated solutions for customer enrollment, change requests and billing.

Collaborate with Business Customer Care sales staff and other key channel partners to ensure staff maintain a comprehensive understanding of renewable energy product offerings to optimize program enrollment activities.
